Dara Aldy (Certified Labor Doula) and Amy Hall (IBCLC) team teach this four-hour class that will equip you with healthy postpartum practices and how to have a peaceful breastfeeding relationship. Guest speakers include Dara and Dennis Aldy.

She has worked with nursing mothers for over 13 years, in various capacities, but her favorite "credential" is having nursed each of her own 6 children. Amy strives to provide lactation support to the Kansas City area in a holistic, encouraging manner, with compassion and creativity.     Class will be held online via Zoom from 1pm-5:30pm on the scheduled class day. You will receive an email with the link by the Friday before the class is scheduled.

    This class will include live online instruction via Zoom, multimedia presentations, interactive discussion, Q&A, and notes.
