Dara Aldy (Certified Labor Doula) and Amy Hall (IBCLC) team teach this four-hour class that will equip you with healthy postpartum practices and how to have a peaceful breastfeeding relationship. Guest speakers include Dara and Dennis Aldy.

Amy Hall is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She has worked with nursing mothers for over 13 years, in various capacities, but her favorite "credential" is having nursed each of her own 6 children. Amy strives to provide lactation support to the Kansas City area in a holistic, encouraging manner, with compassion and creativity.     This class is in-person. This course also includes access to videos and digital files. Unfortunately, we are not able to do a hybrid experience of online with in-person due to our technology limitations (we tried and it was not great).
